Skyjack Product Support continues to service customers amid Illinois’ “stay at home” order

Effective March 21 through April 7, 2020, the Governor of Illinois announced an immediate “stay at home” order, requiring all non-essential businesses to cease operations. Skyjack’s North American Aftermarket Parts & Product Support Operations are based in St Charles, Illinois. However, following a thorough review of this order, it has been determined that Skyjack’s Product Support Operations fall within a business classification identified as “essential”, and as such will continue operations. 
  
Parts orders will continue to be fulfilled through both our St Charles, IL & Kitchener, ON Parts Distribution Centers. Similarly, the Parts Call Center will also be fully operational in both the US & Canada, also at reduced capacities. While we will endeavor to work diligently to mitigate any disruption of support, some levels of delays should be anticipated, and we hope that you will understand as we work through this challenging situation.
 
Skyjack’s Service Team has taken immediate action to work remotely by redirecting telephone calls and technology infrastructure, to allow our call center and warranty department to continue day-to-day operations, albeit at reduced capacities.
