Skyjack Highlighting Boom Performance at 2026 SEAA Convention & Trade Show

POSTED April 23, 2026

April 23, 2026; Linamar Corporation’s (TSX-LNR) Skyjack division is eager to connect with customers at the Steel Erectors Association of America (SEAA) Convention & Trade Show at the Sheraton Kansas City at Crown Center, in Kansas City, Missouri, from May 5 to 8, 2026. Visitors can experience how the Skyjack Team is easy to do business with and can learn more about Skyjack’s outstanding customer support and simply reliable new articulating and telescopic boom equipment.

“Skyjack became an industry leader by providing machine features that combine durability, quality, and serviceability, making our products world renowned for product reliability. Our team understands the importance of maximum uptime, so our equipment is designed to provide just that,” highlights Malcolm Early, Skyjack’s VP of Marketing. “Our team looks forward to engaging with customers and showing exactly how Skyjack’s quality engineered units can benefit construction companies and operators.”

Skyjack machines are supporting steel erection projects around the globe:
Steel erectors can rely on Skyjack’s proven telescopic booms that offer precise positioning capability and flexibility to provide high capacity with industry leading reach. Experience exceptional driver performance while also maintaining capacities up to 1,000 lbs (454 kg) and up to 3 persons on the platform with load sensing. Skyjack’s telescopic booms can be welder-ready to meet jobsite requirements (ANSI).

The axle-based drive on Skyjack’s telescopic booms is durable and low maintenance. Exceptional gradeability up to 50% and industry-leading terrain capability mean reliable performance in the most challenging of conditions. EASYDRIVETM intuitive direction sensing, solid grip lug tires, and the easily serviced bolt-in modular rail system maximize utilization. Easy-to-understand control systems, digital diagnostics displays, no plug-in calibration, and accessible service points make for straightforward maintenance. Skyjack telescopic booms are renowned for superior multi-function capability and machine reliability.

“Skyjack is committed to creating equipment that contributes to safe jobsites. For booms, Skyjack has recently introduced the LanyardGO ACCESORYZERTM to detect when an operator has attached their harness lanyard to the lanyard attachment point on the platform,” adds Brendan Mooney, Skyjack’s Product Manager. “A proximity sensor detects whether or not the lanyard is attached, while coloured LED lights and audible alarm indicate whether machine operation is good to ‘go’ or not. The LanyardGO anchor point inhibits machine operation until the operator attaches their lanyard to the LanyardGO device. Once clipped to the lanyard attachment point, machine functionality returns. LanyardGO is available as a factory installation or as an aftermarket offering.”

The SEAA Convention & Trade Show also represents a great opportunity to connect with Skyjack’s team on exciting new machines available for diverse jobsites, including newly launched slab booms (SJ45 AJN and SJ45 ARJN) and rough terrain scissor lifts (SJ6940 RT). Skyjack welcomes visitors to Booth #60 at the SEAA Convention & Trade Show at the Sheraton Kansas City at Crown Center, in Kansas City, Missouri, from May 5 to 8, 2026.
